Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Business Development professional to drive new logo attainment for our FMS contractual sales products. You will deploy GTM strategies, manage prospects through Salesforce, and lead in-person meetings when required.

Strong emphasis on digital and tele-marketing, with travel for training. Base salary with uncapped commissions and full benefits offered. Remote territories are possible but not fully remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing Administration or equivalent field (preferred).
• H.S. Diploma/GED (required).
• 2 years or more in demonstrated consecutive sales excellence (quota achievement).
• Good understanding of Ryder's product offerings; capable of representing full spectrum of services.
• Ability to interpret financial data (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and market engagement across multiple channels to meet quota.
• Develop pre-sales strategy and pipeline to generate opportunities.
• Maintain CRM/seismic activities and ensure structured go-to-market plans.
