Qualifications

• Experience selling staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services to businesses is required.
• Proven success acquiring new clients, with specific examples of accounts or business you have won.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S. clients.
• Strong cold calling, email outreach, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Availability to work U.S. Pacific business hours.
• A reliable remote work setup, including stable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
