Boogie Team is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to grow our client base through cold calling, email outreach, and consistent follow-ups. You’ll connect with business owners, understand their staffing needs, and show how Boogie Team can help them build reliable remote teams.

Ideal candidates have proven success selling staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services and can confidently turn conversations into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services to businesses is required.
• Proven success acquiring new clients, with specific examples of accounts or business you have won.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with U.S. clients.
• Strong cold calling, email outreach, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Availability to work U.S. Pacific business hours.
• A reliable remote work setup, including stable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
