About the Role

Boogie Team is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and help grow our client base in the United States.

We connect U.S. businesses with skilled remote professionals and virtual assistants, and we are looking for someone who already understands how to successfully market and grow a business like ours.

This role will take ownership of marketing strategy, team execution, lead generation, and overall growth initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to generate qualified employer leads, improve client acquisition, and turn marketing efforts into measurable revenue growth.

• Experience marketing B2B services to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
• Strong understanding of lead qualification, B2B sales funnels, and marketing attribution.
