Boogie Team is seeking reliable English–Spanish bilingual telemarketers and appointment setters based in Latin America to support international clients. You will contact English- and Spanish-speaking prospects, present the client’s services, qualify leads, and book appointments for sales teams.

This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, handles objections confidently, and stays consistent with high-volume calling and daily targets.

Qualifications

• Based in Latin America and available for a full-time remote role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong spoken and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Able to make 160–250 outbound calls per day.
• Able to consistently book 2–3 qualified appointments per day.

Requirements

• Based in Latin America and available for a full-time remote role.
• Available to work U.S. Pacific Time / Los Angeles business hours, including seasonal daylight saving changes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong spoken and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making 160–250 outbound calls per day.
• Able to consistently book 2–3 qualified appointments per day, based on the campaign’s qualification criteria.
• Confident handling objections, rejection, and follow-up conversations in both languages.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection, a working computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based or international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, VoIP tools, or call-tracking platforms.
• Experience with B2B or B2C appointment-setting campaigns.
• Experience working toward call volume, appointment, and conversion targets.
• Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural in English and Spanish.
