Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking an in-field sales professional in the Dallas area. You will map routes, perform on-site visits, log progress in our software, and coordinate with the Owner/Sales team. Light admin from home is expected, with weekly coaching and strong support.

No prior sales experience is required; we train you to excel. Expect a compact schedule, field-based work, and a pathway to growth within a nationwide franchise.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Map your route, run :15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin and prep from your home
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support
