Job summary

Surface Experts of Central Indiana is looking for a sales support team member. This role allows for a flexible schedule balancing work and personal commitments. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. You will be responsible for visiting customer sites, preparing estimates, and supporting sales staff while accessing quality leads through dedicated technology.

Ideal candidates will be coachable, curious, and detail-oriented, with a desire to learn.

Schedule and Location

Location: Majority of time doing in‑house sales support; walking customer sites, customer communication.

Typical Day

• Prepare your route, run on‑site visits, create estimates, customer communication, run reports and support sales staff.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
