ADP is hiring a Lead Development Representative to work independently and with teams in your assigned territory, nurturing marketing leads from events, ADP website visits, webinars, and other sources into sales opportunities. Qualifications

• A college degree is not strictly required; relevant experience accepted.
• 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or similar, or military experience demonstrating teamwork and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate prospect accounts within your territory and nurture them into sales opportunities.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within the ADP ecosystem, selling cloud-based HR solutions and expanding within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with prospects, partners, and internal teams while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
