Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building and a 'never lose' mentality.
• College degree is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by cultivating prospect accounts and advancing them into sales opportunities.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted sales strategies to decision-makers.
• Deepen relationships within existing ADP accounts and expand business opportunities.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to prospects, internal partners, and network.
