National Corporate Housing is a leading provider of customized corporate housing with 28+ offices worldwide. We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our client base and deliver tailored housing solutions that meet real business needs.

In this role you will build relationships, prospect new business, and work across Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of professional sales or business development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision.
• Proven ability to use CRM data to inform strategy and track performance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be open to daily travel within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients.
• Generate revenue by prospecting and converting opportunities; align with regional sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts across multiple housing services.
• Represent National at industry events and with local partners to strengthen brand and referrals.
• Manage a portfolio of clients in assigned territory; use CRM to forecast growth and prioritize outreach.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships for a seamless client experience.
