National Corporate Housing is seeking a Business Development Representative in the United States to build relationships, grow the client base, and deliver tailored housing solutions. You will identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience across our global network of 28 offices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to prospect, cold call, and manage a sales pipeline with precision.
• Located in the market; willing to travel within territory; transportation available.
• Hospitality or corporate housing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services.
• Market Engagement: Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
• Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long term success.

Who You Are

• You bring 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role

• You’re confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision

• You have a reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed)
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

• $61,600- $68,200 Base Salary

• Estimated on target monthly commissions of $1875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
