Discover International is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our Contracts team in Miami. You will drive growth for our Contracts Life Sciences clientele and play a central role in building client relationships and delivering successful placements.

You will engage in outreach, negotiate terms, and manage the end-to-end interview process, while guiding candidates and clients through a fast-paced recruitment cycle.

our winning Contracts team. In this role, you will grow our Contracts Life

Sciences clientele.

Hybrid in our Miami office.

Functions of the Role:

• Fully support clients and bring in new business for our contract delivery recruiters – and manage process / account.
• Identify New Business and perform Business Calls and Negotiate rates with clients.
• Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates – along with the
• Maintain relationships with candidates & clients after placing them in a new position.
