Job summary

Verizon seeks a Business Development Manager to secure contracts with multi-dwelling and multi-tenant properties, expanding Verizon Home Internet access. You will work with owners, developers, and builders to propose and close marketing and network-build agreements.

You will travel extensively to properties across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, conduct presentations, and manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of relevant work experience.
• Four+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to ~75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Secure contracts with MDU/MTU owners, developers, and builders to expand Verizon Home Internet access.
• Prepare and negotiate agreements to market Verizon services in targeted properties.
• Manage and analyze sales pipeline data and client information in CRM.
• Conduct property tours, discovery sessions, and presentations for key decision makers.
• Collaborate with field engineering and OSPE teams to pursue new construction opportunities.
