ProDrivers, part of EmployBridge, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Groveport, OH to drive new relationships with transportation managers and logistics leaders, focusing on in-field prospecting and consultative solutions.

You will leverage LinkedIn, outreach, and field visits to expand the local market, with a 4-week onboarding and a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics or willingness to learn the industry's challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Valid driver's license
• Outside sales experience.
