ProDrivers, part of EmployBridge, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Austin, TX. You’ll split time between in-field prospecting and account management, building relationships with transportation managers and logistics leaders to expand our local revenues.

You’ll leverage LinkedIn, cold outreach, and field visits to grow the sales pipeline, identify challenges like driver shortages and turnover, and provide consultative solutions centered on safety and DOT compliance.

Formación

• High-energy sales professional who thrives on competition.
• Proven success acquiring new customers using modern sales tools.
• Strong understanding of logistics or willingness to learn the industry’s challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license
• Outside sales experience

• Develop relationships with transportation managers, fleet supervisors, and logistics leaders.
