IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development Real World Solutions in Durham, NC. The role focuses on actively pursuing new business opportunities, networking within the pharma industry, and coordinating with account teams to plan and execute targeted strategies.

You will collaborate with clients to identify needs and present viable solutions, while maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline required.
• “5-7 years of Real World Evidence Research, account management/business development experience or solution selling.”
• Experience with Pharma Clients/Market and related trends desired.

Responsabilités

• Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities with new and/or existing Customers/Accounts.
• Proactively network within the pharma industry to establish relationships and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Sales Management to plan and execute a comprehensive sales/account plan for targets.
• Work with clients to understand needs and evaluate business solutions.
• Track and monitor leads to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead the sales process and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations.
• Support contracting with legal and finance for terms, invoicing, milestones.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts on new business and follow-ups.
• Be self-motivated to drive proactive engagement with clients.
