Monteith Construction in Myrtle Beach seeks a Business Development lead to identify and pursue construction opportunities that align with the firm’s strengths. You’ll grow relationships with existing clients and attract new prospects across public and private sectors, development groups, architects, and engineers.

You will develop a robust pipeline, drive opportunities through the sales funnel, and collaborate with internal teams from RFP through Preconstruction to GMP, contributing to the Triad

Qualifications

• Passion for the built environment and knowledge of the Triad market
• Experience building a sales pipeline and converting leads to awarded business
• Strong interpersonal communication to engage diverse industry stakeholders
• Ability to identify client needs and craft creative solutions

Responsabilités

• Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities aligned with Monteith's strengths
• Grow relationships with existing clients and pursue new prospects (public, private, development groups, architects, engineers)
• Develop a pipeline of construction projects and drive leads through the sales funnel to awarded work
• Engage in industry events and community activities to promote Monteith's brand
• Collaborate with local trade partners to generate interest in bids
• Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams from RFP through Preconstruction to GMP
• Contribute to Monteith's Triad office culture and community footprint
