Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies division seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF engineering with USSOCOM requirements. You will support demonstrations, interoperability testing, and field-readiness across multi-domain environments.

Role involves travel up to 50%, collaboration with Engineering and Business Development, and helping translate operator needs into product roadmap inputs and technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related C5ISR field is required.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms is preferred.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and translate needs into viable radio solutions.
• Plan and execute field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and BD to benchmark and validate architectures.
