Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. Travel up to 50% and remote work option depending on location are available.

You will analyze capability gaps, run field trials, and help shape product roadmaps while collaborating with engineering and business development teams. A technical background in RF and networks is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 2–5 years of systems engineering or defense tech experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance within 15 months of hire.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Mansioni

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and lay out mapping to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan network configurations and coordinate field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to verify architectures are sound.
• Support ongoing technical needs with Business Development and stakeholders.
• Develop demonstrations tailored to low-signature, resilient edge networks.
