Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM, to bridge RF capabilities with Special Operations customer needs. You will support field trials and demonstrations across multi-domain environments, aligning with strategic priorities.

The role requires up to 50% travel and offers a 100% remote option depending on location, with collaboration across Applications Engineering and Business Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS or related field with 2–5 years in systems engineering or defense tech.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Familiar with RF test equipment and basic lab tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures with testing data and benchmarks.
• Maintain alignment with the BD team and strategic priorities.
• Build and present technical demonstrations for USSOCOM needs.
