Yellowstone Landscape, the nation's leading commercial landscaping company, seeks a Business Development Manager in California to connect with prospective clients, listen to their needs and build lasting relationships.

You will conduct market research, use Salesforce to track prospects, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop contracts and proposals. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major is preferred.
• Associate degree or relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research on prospects and regional opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track data and regular updates for business planning.
• Cultivate client relationships to create leads and opportunities, prioritizing based on market focus.
• Develop contracts and review proposals with the Sales Manager and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with clients to determine service frequencies and specifications to meet expectations.
• Prepare field measurement estimates and take-offs.
