Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Business Development Manager to connect with prospective clients, listen to needs, and build lasting relationships. You will conduct regional market research and use Salesforce CRM to manage data and opportunities.

You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop contracts and proposals, generate leads, and determine service frequencies with clients, driving growth for our commercial landscaping teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients and discuss services with diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on prospects for a region.
• Use Salesforce to track data and opportunities.
• Cultivate client relationships to create leads and opportunities.
• Develop contracts and review proposals with Sales Manager.
• Generate field measurement estimates and take-offs.
