Job summary

Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking a competitive, motivated automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our fast-growing, family-owned dealership. This full-time role features Monday–Friday hours with no weekend work, a supportive leadership team, and a compensation plan with a unit bonus above industry standards, plus full benefits including 401K and health care.

You will handle incoming internet leads, set appointments for Sales and Service, direct customers to product

Qualifications

• Prior call center or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment testing.
• Proficient with computers and internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email and phone leads.
• Set appointments for Sales and Service.
• Direct customers to online product information resources.
• Forward inquiries to the appropriate sales personnel promptly.

This is a full-time position with hours Monday thru Friday, no Weekend Hours!! Call center, collections and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

You will…

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for both Sales and Service
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

You have…

• Strong computer and internet skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as CRM experience preferred
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
