Zusammenfassung

Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking a competitive, motivated Automotive Business Development Center Representative to join our fast-growing, family-owned dealership. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours with no weekend work, a friendly culture built on integrity and excellent service, and a compensation plan with a unit bonus.

You will handle incoming internet leads, set appointments for Sales and Service, direct customers to online information resources, and promptly relay inquiries to

Qualifikationen

Strong computer and internet skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated with drive to hit quotas.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience preferred.
Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Aufgaben

Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for both Sales and Service.
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
