Job summary

Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking an Automotive Business Development Center Representative to join our fast-growing, family-owned dealership. This full-time role focuses on handling internet leads, setting appointments for Sales and Service, and guiding customers to product information resources.

Weekend hours are not required, and callers should expect a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and internet skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales quotas.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Set appointments for Sales and Service from leads.
• Direct customers to product information resources.
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments promptly.

Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven, professional to join us as an Automotive Business Development Center Representative. We are a fast growing, family owned dealership that provides a relaxed, friendly work culture with a reputation built on integrity and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with hours Monday thru Friday, no Weekend Hours!! Call center, collections and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

You will…

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for both Sales and Service
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

You have…

• Strong computer and internet skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as CRM experience preferred
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
