Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking a competitive, motivated Automotive Business Development Center Representative to join our fast-growing, family-owned dealership. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours with no weekend work, a friendly culture built on integrity and excellent service, and a compensation plan with a unit bonus.

You will handle incoming internet leads, set appointments for Sales and Service, direct customers to online information resources, and promptly relay inquiries to

• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated with drive to hit quotas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven, professional to join us as an Automotive Business Development Center Representative. We are a fast growing, family owned dealership that provides a relaxed, friendly work culture with a reputation built on integrity and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with hours Monday thru Friday, no Weekend Hours!! Call center, collections and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.
