Les Stanford Buick GMC in Ferndale, MI is seeking a competitive, motivated Automotive Business Development Center Representative to join our fast-growing, family-owned dealership. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend hours, and a friendly work culture built on integrity and service.

Responsibilities include handling internet leads, coordinating with Sales and Service, and directing customers to product information resources. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to hit sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license).
