Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured sales training program focused on consultative selling and business development.

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Shadow and collaborate with Account Executives on client meetings and presentations.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities to support future sales growth.
• Work with your manager and teammates to achieve goals.
• Prepare for promotion into an Account Executive role through hands-on training.
