We're Hiring: Business Developer Executive (BDX) – Architecture & Engineering

Are you an Architect or Engineer ready to take your career beyond design and into business growth and client strategy? At CORBIS, we’re expanding our U.S. team and looking for a Business Developer Executive (BDX) to drive partnerships and unlock new opportunities in the AEC industry.

What You’ll Do

As our BDX, you will:

• Identify project opportunities and develop strategies to win them.
• Transform leads into long-term clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Lead the proposal process, negotiate terms, and align pricing with client expectations and market benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Project Managers to ensure smooth project kick-offs and continuity.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and proactively identify upsell opportunities.
• Support invoicing, collections, and compliance with client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent CORBIS at industry events, support marketing efforts, and contribute to brand visibility.
• Maintain and update CRM tools like Frank, Zoho, and PandaDocs to track pipeline activity and internal communication.

Who You Are

• Based in Los Angeles with experience or background in Architecture or Engineering.
• Skilled in business development, client negotiation, and AEC market dynamics.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and using CRM platforms for project tracking and coordination.
