What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and gathering information to securing demos and closing deals
  2. Utilize knowledge of higher education institutions to connect with prospective schools within your region
  3. Attend approximately 4 conferences per year and participate in on-campus meeting days
  4. Collaborate with various team members to ensure the best information is provided to prospects
  5. Communicate with the VP of Revenue on pipelines to strategize growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 3 years in enterprise sales, preferably in the higher education space
  2. Familiarity with higher education budget cycles, grants, and organizational hierarchy
  3. Proven successful prospecting track record and commitment to maintaining a robust pipeline
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear elevator pitches
  5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and proficient with various CRMs

  1. Experience with the 'predictable revenue' sales model
  2. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships with a hunter mentality
  3. Self-motivated with a positive attitude ready to contribute to a growing sales organization
  4. Comfort with outreach, including phone calls, leading demos, and client meetings
