Team and Role

Our global Go-to-Market team is a high-performing group of sales professionals across multiple segments, including solution consultants, customer success managers, business development, and services, led by a global leadership team.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, New Business, you will target new enterprise prospects and recruit them as UserTesting customers. You will work closely with Marketing, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and BDRs to drive growth, selling to enterprise organizations focused on connecting with their customers and gaining human insights across various experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Overachieve on an annual quota involving SaaS and services, managing complex, solution-based sales processes within large enterprises.
  • Develop new business by analyzing and targeting ICP-fit named accounts within your territory.
  • Articulate and demonstrate UserTesting’s business and technical value.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to closing and retention.
  • Create unsolicited proposals to expand UserTesting’s footprint within enterprises.
  • Forecast sales accurately and track relevant metrics using the company's CRM (SFDC).
  • Build and execute territory growth plans.
  • Provide feedback to support future product and solution development.
Qualifications
  • Proven success selling net new logos in enterprise SaaS, with experience closing 6-7 figure deals and exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and collaborate with regional offices.
  • Structured sales approach, familiar with MEDDPICC framework.
  • Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels, including C-level.
  • Experience selling large software/services deals in complex, multi-matrixed enterprises.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Google Suite, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Preference for candidates in PST or MST zones in the US.
