Responsibilities:
  • Participate in weekly team strategy calls to align on goals and updates
  • Drive new client acquisition through ongoing community outreach and relationship-building
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients inquiring about our home care services
  • Perform timely and consistent follow-up with leads to ensure excellent service and conversion
  • Manage and update client interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and detail
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with referral partners, clients, and families
  • Achieve and surpass assigned census and growth goals
  • Gather and share community insights, feedback, and trends to inform strategic planning
  • Support client and caregiver satisfaction through ongoing engagement and communication
Requirements:
