Responsibilities

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Leads collaboration with ecosystem partners and delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Lead management and referrals—leverage bank product knowledge to grow wallet share and attract new consumer and business households; manage Business Banking relationships under 2MM revenue; translate client information into actionable sales tactics.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI; coordinate with PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage; ensure timely updates and referrals.
