Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist in Scranton, PA to drive consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM revenue. You will lead referrals, manage ecosystem partnerships, and deliver a differentiated client experience from onboarding to servicing.

Successful candidates will leverage product knowledge, automate referrals, and collaborate with branch teams to expand share of wallet while maintaining strict risk controls and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in banking environment preferred.
• Notary public ability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead generation and appointments inside and outside branch; deliver differentiated client experience.
• Develop ecosystem leadership across PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
