Job summary

PNC in Kennett Square, PA seeks a Relationship Banker Business Specialist to expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking under 2MM in sales revenue. You will lead referrals, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and deliver tailored deposits, lending, cash management and payments solutions.

You will drive client loyalty, educate customers on digital options, and work with the Branch Manager to grow relationships while managing risk and daily operations. Notary required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Notary Public in the applicable state is required and may need background checks.
• Experience or completion of a formal development program is considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactively manage leads and referrals to grow client relationships and revenue.
• Develop ecosystem leadership across partners and introduce clients to resources.
• Deliver tailored solutions for deposits, lending, cash management and payments.
• Collaborate with branch team to create referrals and expand share of wallet.
• Create client loyalty and educate on financial transaction options using technology.
