Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Banking Specialist based in Belle Vernon, PA. This in-office role focuses on acquiring and expanding consumer and small business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue, with collaboration across ecosystem partners to serve clients end-to-end.

The position emphasizes a differentiated client experience, strong problem solving, and risk-aware decision making while supporting onboarding and servicing workflows.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities for the role.
• Roles require a university degree or equivalent education and training.
• Notary/public and background checks may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow client relationships and referrals.
• Develop COI and manage referrals across PNCWM, Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to policies in daily branch operations.
• Educate clients on deposits, lending, cash management, payments and investing.
