Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist based at the West Grove Branch in Neptune, NJ. You will drive relationship growth across consumer and business banking, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and deliver tailored financial solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, or related field.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to cross-sell banking products.
• Solid knowledge of consumer and business banking services and processes.
• Notary Public eligibility or ability to obtain notary status in NJ.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead management and referrals to ecosystem partners to grow wallet share.
• Develop ecosystem leadership with partners (PNC Private Bank, Mortgage, etc.).
• Provide differentiated client experiences with deposits, lending, cash management, and investments.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Banker to pursue independent opportunities.
• Assist in branch operations and risk mitigation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
