Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist based in Center City Philadelphia. You will acquire and grow consumer and business banking relationships, lead across ecosystem partners, and drive proactive referrals to expand share of wallet.

You will manage client experiences from onboarding through servicing, while maintaining strong risk controls and following all policies. Notary public eligibility is required in the applicable state.

Qualifications

• University/college degree or equivalent.
• Notary Public in the applicable state (required).
• Background checks as required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2M in revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow client relationships.
• Generate proactive leads and set appointments inside and outside the branch.
• Deliver differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures.
