Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 3+ years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of credit processes and risk management.
• Strong sales, outreach and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for clients; identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Develop networks to acquire new clients and expand existing ones; present full bank products and services.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk using internal credit policies.
