Job summary

PNC in the United States is seeking a Relationship Manager within its Business Banking organization. Based in Pensacola/Florida and/or Mobile or Daphne Alabama, the role is in-office and focuses on growing client revenue and expanding relationships across the bank’s product suite.

The position requires building client networks, managing risk, and leveraging credit knowledge to deliver solutions. Strong client engagement and cross-selling capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• With direction, acquires/expands/retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas based on understanding of the client's needs and financial well‑being.
• Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
