Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager in its Business Banking group based in Miami Beach, FL. The role focuses on growing sales, managing client relationships, and presenting the full range of PNC products to clients in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

With a university degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, you will work under supervision to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while managing credit and non-credit products and mitigating risk according to internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of relationship management or banking experience.
• Experience with credit processes and financial analysis preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships and manage credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate risk including regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Provide insights based on client needs and financial wellbeing to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present the full range of PNC products.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
