Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge including understanding of core business products and services with awareness of industry/market differences.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and promote firm interests.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives and own client issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 – 130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million for your assigned branches; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of their businesses.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve the client and ensure the profitability of the portfolio.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business; follow a disciplined relationship development process and review strategies with manager.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients, cultivating long-term primary banking relationships.
• Identify personal financial goals of business clients; collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
