Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and banking products.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and escalate or handle independently when appropriate.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives and own problems for clients.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with tailored banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions that meet client needs while ensuring portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a relationship development process and review strategies with management.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to build long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support assigned branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
