Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Business Relationship Manager II (BRM) in Business Banking to grow and protect a diverse client portfolio. You will provide financial education, advice, and tailored solutions to help clients thrive, while managing risk and ensuring excellent client experience.

Responsibilities include managing 100–130 business clients with $1–5M revenue, offering deposits, cash management, and credit up to $1.5M; building relationships through in-person visits

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business banking or related lending.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Solid knowledge of business banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients.
• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and credit opportunities up to $1.5M.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to meet client needs and risk standards.
• Conduct in-person calls with clients and COIs to grow relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell across lines.
• Collaborate with partners to connect clients with specialists.
