Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million, provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities, and collaborate with partners to support growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in a Business Banking/relationship role or related lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, products, and services across industries.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners at all levels.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with revenues of $1–$5M.
• Provide deposits, cash management solutions, and credit opportunities up to ~$500k.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Engage COIs and clients with in-person calls at client locations.
• Collaborate with cross-line partners to address client financial goals and risk.
