Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, core products, and how industry markets vary.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 - 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with customized banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their places of business; review strategies with manager.
