Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and core products.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and operate independently when needed.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives; proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; provide deposits and cash management; manage credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to recommend profitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships and adjust strategies with management.
• Identify and pursue new business clients; cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business (Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams) to meet client needs.
• Provide leadership support to assigned branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
