Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products; understanding of industry-specific needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client and partner relationships.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and know when to escalate.
• Ability to set priorities to achieve objectives and own problems for clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue $1–$5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients based on financial needs.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk to identify profitable solutions for the portfolio.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.
