Job description

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a background in Sales and Service Cloud, with a strong emphasis on business processes, reporting and analytics.

This is a contract position that is hybrid to Riverwoods, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs for sales and service teams.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and advanced reports to track pipeline, opportunities, case volumes, SLA metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Configure and optimize Sales and Service Cloud objects, fields, validation rules, and security permissions to ensure accurate data capture for reporting.
• Develop data models and data quality controls, perform data cleansing.
• Onboarding/Training end users on new and updated reports and dashboards.
• Partner with IT and data analytics teams to integrate Salesforce data with external systems as needed for comprehensive reporting.
• Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, report catalogs, and governance policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake experience preferred.
