Job summary

State of Arizona - AZDES seeks a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience for a hybrid role based in Phoenix. You will gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce specifications, working with developers to deliver scalable solutions.

You will act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, perform gap analyses, and support Salesforce configurations and testing to drive process improvements. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Salesforce.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or BA certification preferred.
• Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs preferred.
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce preferred.
